I will be selling/renting the server before the 23rd of this month to anyone that wants to buy/rent it.
On the 23rd, the server will revert from the original 1000tickrate at $89.50 to a boosted 500fps server which will run $32.50/month for 26 slots.
This $32.50 payment will be due on the 23rd of every month.
If you want to buy it, shoot me an offer for the server (which will not include your $32.50 payment as you will be making those payments on your own). Meaning if you want to offer me $100 for my server, just remember that you will still need to pay the $32.50 payment on the 23rd...
If you want to rent it, you may do so at $32.50/month for 3-6 months (may need the pay in advance a month or 2 ahead). You will be added as a sub-user and free to modify anything in the server you wish to without my direct permission; including, admins, plugins, maps, addons, etc. I reserve the right to remove any plugin added by any sub-user. As a sub-user, you will also be responsible for server maintenance and keeping up with player complaints. I will remain the owner of the server, and if I decide to take the server back over within 6 months, I reserve the right to do so.

Serious inquiries only, please do not waste my time. Don't offer me $20 for my server. I have put alot of work and time into the server getting it to run right. If you want to lowball, I will restore the server to default settings, and you can start from scratch, which will mean no nonsteam players can play until you install all the nonsteam plugins which are hard to find.

dont remove non-steam plugins cuz soo many players are non-steam some of them are steam users, so server wont get public as usual.(an advice)

Thats if whoever (if anyone) buys my server doesnt leave nonsteam on it.
Anyways, 2 more days and bye bye server. If no one buys, it will be shut down.

Ill rent it Del but I can only pay one month because i need to add money to my paypal account and it takes 3 to 5 business day to add funds if that's cool. i just don't want the server to shut down, maybe i'll buy it later. DO i sent money to your paypal account?

Yes sir, just send it to my paypal.
As soon as I recieve payment, I will add you as a subuser and you may log in at www.mygamecp.com to change anything you want. You can also change settings in game.

Sorry gonna redo the dual protocol to allow both non steam and steam users join. Not sure what happened. I'll keep you guys updated.
