I already recorded using record in console, I got the files with .dem format and I don't know if I should convert them or use Fraps to see it in media player. And if i have to convert them where can I get it? Can anyone help me on this topic I would appreciate it thank you.

crime you cant convert them, but you can edit them with movie maker and then make a movie idk much more maybe is there any way to convert them.
